EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
- Exchanges are only valid for the same design and colour that was initially purchased. After confirmation from the customer service, kindly send parcel back within 1-3 working days. Return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- If the product is out of stock, we will provide 2 choices of refunds which is:
I) Amount paid for the product cancelled will be converted to store credit into store credit.II) Cash Refund of the amount paid for the cancelled products.Kindly refer to our refund policy.
- Should customer receive a wrong or defective product, kindly refer to our return policy for further assistance. Do kindly drop us a message at our Instagram Direct Message within 3 days upon receiving your orders for our customer service verification. If it meets the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be borne by the seller. If it does not meet the requirement of the return policy, the return shipping fees will be solely borne by the customer. We will arrange the courier company to pickup the package from the customer. We seek your kind understanding.
- All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.
Definition of defect items: Staining (more than 1cm),poor or improper stitching line, uncommon torn.
Definition of non-defect items (according to international QCstandard): wear & tear, unopened buttonholes, loose stitched button, uncut stitching string, staining (less than 1cm), +/- 2cm sizing, different from expectation and slight colour difference from screen. Colour fade, color stain, torn and size shrinking caused by inappropriate washing method are not considered as defect items too.
- The items that are not allow for exchange due to hygiene purpose (eg:underwear,bratop,swimsuits, socks).
Cash Refund
- Postage are not refundable.
- Refund only allowed for DEFECTED items.
- Refund will be issued at 1-3 working days after confirmation.
- The amount of refund is equivalent to the amount of payment you have done.
